Sessions by Phone follow the same pattern of in-person session and are usually an hour but vary in time to your situation. As with in-person sessions, each is unique according to the needs of the individual.
We may begin with any of the healing modalities such as EFT in conjunction with distance Reiki and Healing Touch, Guided Visualizations and Meditation are employed as it suits and serves you.
It is best if you are lying down or sitting comfortably in a quiet environment. I will work in great detail with your energy field and physical body. You can be assured you will feel the effect of the treatment.

Sessions are $1 per minute, 15 minute minimum.
